Most orders to UK mainland addresses are shipped via APC Overnight for fast and reliable delivery. However, Royal Mail may be used occasionally.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland, Royal Mail is the standard shipping provider.
All available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
All of our delivery charges are calculated according to method, speed of delivery and delivery location.
When ordering, you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery method. Once selected, delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
Once your order is placed, we’ll process it within one working day, provided all items are in stock.
For UK orders placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday), we aim for same-day processing to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
Our standard delivery service aims to deliver your order within 24 hours from dispatch (Monday to Friday). However, while we strive for prompt delivery, final transit times depend on the courier and any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your shipping location. Orders to addresses outside mainland England and Wales may take longer to arrive.
For orders shipped via APC, tracking details will be sent to you automatically via email once your order has been dispatched.
For orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team at 01535 656 312 or email sales@bluemshop.co.uk to request your tracking information.
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also inform you when we expect the item to be back in stock.
You will be given the option of either waiting for the full order or having the order dispatched in part.
No. If you have ordered multiple items and part of your order is out of stock, you will only be charged once for delivery.
We offer timed deliveries; however, these are not available at checkout.
For certain locations, we also provide a Saturday delivery option for orders placed before 2 PM on Friday.
