Originally intended to improve wound healing by enhancing the levels of oxygen in gum tissue, it was quickly discovered that the natural antibacterial action and healing properties of bluem® Oral Gel were effective against a much wider range of oral problems.
With its unique oxygen-enriched formula, this Gel is ideal for combatting a range of oral health problems. These include oral wounds and ulcers, as well as more severe conditions like peri-implantitis and periodontitis.

How to Use bluem® Oral Gel
Use bluem® Oral Gel twice a day after brushing and/or after rinsing with bluem® Mouthwash or as indicated by your implantologist, dentist or oral hygienist.
bluem® Oral Gel can be applied directly from the tube to the area where it is needed. Before applying, wipe the area with a cotton swab, as this helps to keep the gel in place for longer. Leave the gel as long as possible on the area of application, but never longer than one hour.
bluem® Oral Gel is ideal to improve the healing of dental pockets, bleeding gums, wounds after tooth extraction, dental implants, sores caused by chemotherapy, false teeth or dentures.
Compared to other bluem® products, our Oral Gel releases more active oxygen, making the product immediately effective.
When to Use bluem® Oral Gel
bluem® Oral Gel helps heal, reduce and prevent:
- Pockets around teeth and implants
- Bleeding gums - which can be caused by:
- Periodontitis or peri-implantitis
- Wounds after extraction of teeth or placement of dental implants

I had an infection in my implant site & my implant specialist expected to have to open it up; there was a concern the implant might fail but he recommended I use the blue®m concentrated gel for a month & then return. When I returned the infection was healed and he had no need to work on the site (which he was fully expecting to).
